Pre-Order Terms and Conditions

PRE-ORDER TERMS AND CONDITIONS

• All doll kits sold on this website are unpainted, unassembled and incomplete.
• Payments made on Pre-Order products are DEPOSITS only, the BALANCE will be invoiced to you once we have received the product.
• All deposits paid towards a Pre-Order product is NON-REFUNDABLE.
• Deposits are NON-TRANSFERABLE meaning they cannot be transferred to another order or another pre-order.
• All unpaid Pre-Order Products will be offered to customers on our waiting list or placed on the website for sale, if not paid in full within 2 weeks of receiving our invoice for the balance due, except if PRIOR arrangements were made with us to keep it for you until a certain date.
• If you do not pay the balance due by the date arranged, your order will be cancelled and the product will be placed on the website for sale.
